We want your input for the Official [MB] Podcast!

First off...I know this isn't in the podcast category, but I wanted to make sure everyone got to read this.

Second...I'd like to thank the people who have helped me make the podcast a reality.  Its something I wanted to do for a few months and with the help of several deducated regulars & a few MB...its been working out well.

Third...I'm still trying to decide how often to update the cast.  I've been too busy to do it weekly as originally planned.  So I'm thinking either biweekly or montly.  We'll just have to see.  But if you feel strongly about it...let me know.

Fourth...I'd like some more material for the cast.  I'd like a mix of  hl2-related stuff...and some non-hl2 realted stuff.  Send audio, text, smoke-signals to mbpodcast@gmail.com to have your material on the air..or on the iTunes music store...lol.

Fifth...Everyone keeps asking me how many people listen to the cast.  Well, I dont' know for sure hwo many people listen...but I do get FeedBurner statistics based on the number of new subscribers.  Based on their stats we average between 5-10 NEW subscribers per day.  Most of these who simply found the podcast on the iTunes music store by searching for things such as gaming, hl2, sexy mb, etc.  The rest have heard about it through friends, family, and malchiebrothers.com  I guess if you figure we average 5-10 new subscribers per day multiplied by 2 months of service...we're doing well even if most people don't listen to every cast.

monthly might be good.i keep wanting to do somthing at the first of the week then get so busey,and by friday i give up the idea.if i had all month id probley get it dun.

I think thats what it will be then...however, i don't want to set a specific date to do it every month.  So...we'll say 1 post on average per month....with may a few "special" casts thrown in to keep you guessing!

I like the random monthly idea.  I kinda have to agree with brunt.  I had a really great thing I was gonna do a few weeks ago but I just haven't had the time to record anything.

I think I like the random monthly best.  But pleast..D and B....your presence is needed.  We could make such a killer show if we had a few more MB involved!

Thanks Sgt...and to everyone.  I've talked to a few of you in private...and everyone seems to be working hard on their material.  This is awesome, and it will dramatically improve the podcast.
