Weekly is the plan.  Providing everyone continues giving me plenty of information for the podcasts.  I really appreciate all the e-mails with stories, tips, comments, and ESPECIALLY the audio clips.  Those make my job 100x easier.  I don't want this to be a podcast about me doing all the speaking.  So it really helps when you send in the audio like Sgt. Fuzzynuts did in episode 2.  

Thanks for making the podcasts its own category....Thats really a lot better.  Brunt, please send me your audio clip.  I've received several e-mails asking when people will hear from our fearless leader!

Kick ass!  You don't have to get anything fancy.  I have a program that can edit out most of the noise.  

My biggest problem is getting interference from other electronic devices.  Thats what caused the clicking noises in the first 2 podcasts.  Being that I live in a dorm room that is 12x10feet its not like I can move much stuff around...but I'm trying to figure out the best setup still.

I'm working on editing McDrunk's entry. If I can get it done in the next day or so I will get it to you in time for the 3rd show. Im having trouble mixing the music and the audio on my recorder. When I did it on my first clip i just talked over the music, so it was fine no problem. But since he sent me 2 sepereate files (music,voice) Im having trouble copy/paste it together. I have not had my digital recorder for very long and I have to refer to the manual for everything , but it might as well be written in japanese. Its very 'techy' and Im a n00b!!

Sgt Fuzzy, if you send me the two seperate audio files I will do the mixing for you.  Audacity (my freeware audio mixing program) does that shit pretty easily.

Episode 3 is live.  Get on iTunes and update your cast or die.  

Several of you submitted new material to me in the last 24 hours.  However, I couldn't get it all in this cast.  So, I'll make sure it gets in the next one.  I really liked a song that Sgt. Fuzzy wrote about being stoned...its great.   Y'all will have something to look forward to in about a week...Maybe less if I get bored.

I'm still looking for more submission for the cast.  You guys have been doing great, so keep it up.  I'd also like some more feedback about the cast.  Please send any feedback to mbpodcast@gmail.com  I'm working hard to dramatically improve the cast with each episode.  The program I'm using to edit this bad boy is new to me.  So I'm trying to get down all the features.  In the meantime, please know that I'm aware of a few bad transitions and cracks in the audio.  I really hope to have 100% of this gone for podcast #4.

The shows just keep getting better and better. Once you get the Mic levels balanced for the editing I think it will be pretty much flawless.

Good luck Cleanballz with your case!! I had a similiar ordeal while working at a grocery store while I was in high school. But we will save that for a rainy day.

For all you other listeners, I am very excited for you to hear my crazy original song titled '12 O'Clock' which i just recorded for an upcoming podcast. I am working on a MB tribute song and if it turns out to be funny or entertaining I will share it with you all.

Thanks for the response sgt.  Part of the problem is that everyone's submissions were recorded in different settings, with different equipment, and different software.  At the same time, I'm trying to optimize my own setup.  In this last episode I tried to do a lot more with background music.  However, there were a few spots in the audio where the mic level dramatically changes quickly.  Most of that was due to some places where I had to edit out screw-ups and do-overs.  However, I think I will be able to even edit this out better for next time.  I could have done it with this one, but it would have taken me several more days, and I've already got a lot of content I want to share...so I went ahead and decided to throw out what I have now and then have something to look forward to in podcast #4.  My goal is to have each one be twice as good as the previous one....Until its perfect.

you should of been there when he did the 12 oclock song. i think it was the last time i was home. i wont ever forget it cause while we were taking a smoke break, a girl passed out in the mcdonalds drive through next door and watching columbus's finest respond made me laugh
